CANDLEWOOD SUITES

Fort Liberty, Fayetteville, NC - PAL Program 6 Story 122,000 sq ft

​Innovative superstructure features Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) mass timber complemented by structural steel at lower-level open-span areas.

SEAFIELDS

Kiawah Island, SC - 4 Story 170,000 sq ft

Structure features prefabricated cold-formed steel wall panels, ensuring strength and durability, paired with a Comslab long-span metal deck floor system with concrete for a seamless and robust flooring solution.

WHITE CASTLE APARTMENTS

Columbus, OH - 8 Story 105,000 sq ft

Structure is CFS wall panels and floor joist metal deck system.

MLP provided site supervision and quality assurance.

Marriott MOXY HOTEL

Cincinnati, OH - 7 Story 62,000 sq ft

Structure is a blend of CFS prefabricated wall panels, ICF, structural steel, and Comslab long span metal deck floor system.  The historic facade was integrated into the new design while construction occurred behind it. 

VALOR SCHOOL

Austin, TX - 3 Story 55,000 sq ft

Structure is Diversakore steel, precast concrete floor plank and long span roof trusses.  Building entailed classrooms, gymnasium, and theatre area.

BLUE RESIDENCES

Eagle Beach, Aruba - 8 Story 216,000 sq ft

A complex of three buildings.  Constructed of cold form steel wall panels and COMSLAB composite metal deck along with ICF stair and elevator shafts utilized as shear-walls.

PENN STATE DORM

University Park, PA - 7 Story 120,000 sq ft

Structure is CFS wall panels and iSPAN floor joint system. 

MLP provided site supervision and quality assurance.

THE VILLAGE AT MILL LANDING

Rochester, NY - 2 Story 114,000 sq ft

The structure is CFS wall panels with TradeReady steel floor joists and CFS roof trusses.

303 FRONT STREET

Columbus, OH - 5 Story 90,000 sq ft

Apartment structure is CFS wall panels and iSPAN floor joint system.  MLP provided site supervision and quality assurance.

THE LANDING

Collegeville, PA - 2 Story 85,000 sq ft

Structure is CFS wall panels with TradeReady steel floor joint system.

SELF STORAGE

Reading, MA - 3 Story 105,000 sq ft

Structure is CFS wall panels with structural steel and Combslab metal deck floor system.

SELF STORAGE

Plainville, MA - 3 Story 120,000 sq ft

Structure is CFS wall panels with structural steel and Combslab metal deck floor system.  Roof construction was bar joist with metal deck.

SPACE SHUTTLE

U.S. Space & Rocket Center Huntsville, Alabama 

Structural steel skeleton, laying the foundation for this iconic replica. To refine the shuttle’s intricate shape, cold-formed steel framing was expertly installed, allowing the structure to take on its authentic form. 

LIONSGATE STUDIOS

Great Point Studios - Yonkers, New York - 4 Story 100,000 sq ft

When it opens its doors in the fall of 2024, the facility will boast three stages spanning 10,000 to 20,000 square feet, accommodating both large-scale and more intimate projects.
